This guy will taste like cherry pie to the face with a teensy bit of sweetness and apple pucker to the finish. \n\nFUN FACT: Brinton’s Brandy is distilled in collaboration with our wonderful neighbors at the National Museum of Civil War Medicine and is named for the infamous Civil War surgeon\, John Brinton\, who was known for bribing people with brandy \n\nAll day we’ll have Brinton’s Brandy tastings\, full pours\, specialty Brinton’s Brandy cocktails and bottles available for purchase.\n\nPRO TIP: Pick up an extra bottle of this one. So\, without further ado\, as a part of the Maryland Distillers Guild Spirits of Collaboration program\, we present our Maryland Brandy.\n\nNow\, you know we like to keep things local and this beauty is no exception. We distilled this brandy from a Loew Vineyards estate wine and then rested it for 2.5 years through a carefully monitored aging process \n\nSo what’s it taste like\, eh? Fresh and dried fruit on the nose with pops of citrus to the taste. Finishes with vanilla\, molasses and caramel from the aging process.\n\nTo keep the local love flowing\, we’re donating 30% of all sales to our state trade association\, the Maryland Distillers Guild. Snag a bottle starting January 20.
