
Fitness and Flowers at Valley Ho Farm

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until July 14, 2025

Join us for a 6 week session of Fitness and Flowers on the farm. Please purchase tickets for Each Week you plan to attend. Each class will begin with roughly 30 minutes of a full body workout led by Christa Hannan. The first 3 weeks will be Barre and the last 3 weeks will be Strength and Conditioning. Barre Above blends the latest exercise science delivering fusion of ballet, Pilates and strength training. For strength and conditioning we’ll use heavier weights and have short strength and cardio blocks. Each class will work your entire body and can be modified to fit people at all fitness levels. After the workout we will go to the 1/3 acre flower hill where Jamie Derr will assist you in cutting your own bouquet of flowers to take home. We encourage you to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and light weights if you have them. All flower supplies will be provided.
